Order processing and delivery

In-stock orders are processed during normal business days and dispatched from Orange County, California. Delivery estimates begin when the carrier accepts the parcel and are not guarantees.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Receipt and damage

Inspect the parcel on arrival. Retain packaging and contact us within 24 hours with photographs if an item is damaged or materially outside the shipment record.
